[EAT]  Grilled Olives at Casa Italia

We love grilling practically anything, but olives? That's something we have never thought to throw on the barbie. If you want to add something to your antipasto platter that will blow your guests' minds, head to Casa Italia for the hottest antipasto in town. This heavenly creation consists of green olives, slightly charred which gives them a great smokey flavor, soaked in olive oil with spices and red and yellow peppers. Owner Raj says, "One of my customers had them when she was in Italy. I found their distributor and was able to get them." They have been such a big hit, they can hardly keep them stocked. Nita says, "I have to refill the bowl three or four times a day." We suggest getting more than you anticipate you'll want. We made the mistake of only getting a quarter pound of these heavenly morsels, and they were all gone before we got home.
